SALISBURY, Maryland — On Wednesday, Jan. 3, as part of the City of Salisbury’s efforts to improve, repair, and maintain the water distribution system, The Department of Waterworks Utilities Division will be conducting a fire hydrant repair on Marine Rd. between Ellegood St. and Parsons Road.
Marine Rd. will be impassable from Ellegood St. to Parsons Rd. This includes all-through traffic and Emergency Vehicles. Work shall begin at 9 a.m. and conclude around 3:30 p.m. barring any unforeseen events.
The water main will be shut off during the repair of the fire hydrant from Parsons Rd to the City of Salisbury Wastewater Plant. The water will be shut off from 9 am and conclude around 3:30 p.m. barring any unforeseen events.
