DESCRIPTION:The Salisbury Jaycess will present the 71st Annual Salisbury Christmas Parade on Sunday\, December 3rd at 2pm. This year’s theme is “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree’. \nStaging of the parade will take place along Civic Avenue in the former Salisbury Mall lot. The parade will begin at Mt. Hermon Road and Civic Avenue and move west along Mt. Hermon Road to East Main Street. It will end at the intersection of Ward and East Main Streets. \nWe encourage local businesses and organizations to participate in the parade! DESCRIPTION:Ring in the New Year’s in Downtown Salisbury\, with the 2018 New Years Eve Ball Drop\, presented by Pohanka! \n\nNew Year’s Eve Ball Drop 2018 is an all-ages\, family friendly community event held from 8pm – just after midnight with entertainment from The Larks\, Tops Cut Off DJ Team and AMP Studios! \n\n\nThis year the Ball Drop will be located at the intersection of Main Street and N. Division Street. \nThe outdoor stage will feature a jumbo-tron countdown screen and a ball drop at midnight.  Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the cash-bar.  Food will be available from local food trucks\, like Vittles Food Truck\, and the Hawaiian Hot Dog Truck! \nMark the occasion in the Heart of Downtown Salisbury!
